School will dismiss on that last day (May 25th) at 1:30pm. This early dismissal best aligns with transportation provided by the Lake Benton School on that day. It also allows staff the time to complete their end of the year tasks.

On Thursday, April 14th the Elkton Fire & Ambulance Departments conducted a training exercise. The school district was approached by Arend Schuurman about using the school. The training simulated a fire in the Industrial Arts room along with the search and rescue of two students. The school district was able to show members of both departments where certain items of interest are located throughout the building including how and where to the read the alarm system. We want to thank the members of Elkton Fire & Ambulance Departments for all they do to protect our community.
