Mrs. Stuefen's Interior Design class created Valentine boxes and cards using the elements and principles of design.
The Elkton- Lake Benton FCCLA chapter decided to do a coloring contest this year. There was a winner selected from each classroom.

Shout out to the students and staff who helped me create cards for residents in nursing homes and assisted living. Students and staff decided where to send these cards.
There will be over 250 cards sent to these places!
After a mini lesson on predictions and geography in the elementary, voting for the winner of the Super Bowl took place today.
It is a tight one!

5th graders were spreading kindness around the building today. We had groups do a puppet show for Mrs. Fargen's class, a kindness poster with Mrs. Trygstad's class, kindness notes with Miss Strait's class, handmade board games with Miss Archer's class, locker sticky notes for JH, and cleaning of the conference room and teacher's lounge! Remember, Random Act of Kindness Day is February 17th, so pass the kindness on!!
