PTO is sponsoring Book BINGO again in March. See flyer for details!

After evaluating parking and the safety of our students during drop-off and pick-up, we are asking staff not to park on the North side of the school (on 5th Street). This will open spots up for parents and allow cars to stay on the road rather than parking or driving on residential lawns.
We hope that this change will ensure drop-off and pick-up is as safe as possible for our students and their families.

Please make sure that all negative lunch balances are promptly taken care of. If your student has a negative amount they will not receive seconds on meals or milk. Reminder: if the balance is over -$20 a student will be asked to bring a sack lunch.

National School Counseling Week 2024, celebrated February 5-9, 2024, focuses attention on the unique contribution of school counselors within our school systems. National School Counseling Week, presented by ASCA, highlights school counselors’ tremendous impact in helping students achieve school success and plan for a career.
Every student deserves a school counselor to help with academic achievement strategies, managing emotions, and applying interpersonal skills, and planning for post secondary options. School counselors are standard based and student focused.
Thank you Mrs. Bonnie Yackley for your commitment to the students of the Elkton School District. You make a difference!
