JH GBB and JH BBB vs Sioux Valley
Seniors ordered their cap/gown/tassel/stole for graduation this past week. Seniors and/or parents who wish to order additional graduation-related merchandise (such as graduation announcements/invites, Class of 2025 apparel, class rings, etc.) can access the Elkton High School store on the Jostens website at https://view.vidreach.io/q/HT3Gt7KG and follow the links to shop.
**Please do not order another cap/gown/tassel/stole for your graduate as these have been ordered and will be paid for by the class fund. Additional ordering is optional and anything ordered by the parent/student is at their own expense and should be shipped to the parent's/student's address. See Mrs. Yackley if you have questions!

Reminder that FAFSA Fill Out Night is December 16th at 6:30 pm in the computer lab. This is an opportunity for seniors and their parent(s) to get their Free Application for Federal Student Aid filed. The FAFSA also opened early this week, so students can begin their FAFSA from home anytime as well. See the attached flyer to get ready to file the FAFSA. If you attend FAFSA Fill Out Night, it will be important for the student and at least one parent to have a FSA ID set up in advance and to bring along the information listed on the flyer. In honor of Veterans Day, South Dakota public schools proudly recognize and support the brave men and women who have served in our armed forces. Their sacrifices and dedication have upheld the values and freedoms we cherish, and we are deeply grateful for their commitment to protecting our nation.
Our schools are committed to instilling respect and appreciation for veterans among our students, helping them understand the importance of service and dedication. We invite our community to join us in expressing heartfelt gratitude and respect for our veterans.
We had a great turnout for our program. Our first grade students shared cookies, coffee, and great conversation with veterans as they arrived today. Thank you to our teachers and students for their work in making our program a success!
Thank you to all our veterans for your service and sacrifice.
